For spiritual healing sessions only

This information sheet will be presented to the client prior to the first session for information and notification. If the first session takes place over the phone or via video conferencing, this information sheet will be sent to the client by email along with the appointment confirmation or he/she will be pointed to this page.

I have been informed in detail by the practice owners about the following points in sufficient time before the start of any service provision. I have understood this information and agree to it.

  1. No diagnoses, therapies or treatments in the medical sense will be carried out as part of the planned services.
  2. No form of alternative medicine or alternative medical assistance in the legal sense will be provided.
  3. The planned services in the context of spiritual healing are intended solely to activate the self-healing powers and do not replace the diagnosis or treatment by a physician or alternative practitioner.
  4. I am advised not to interrupt or discontinue ongoing medical treatment, or to postpone or refrain from necessary future treatment. The responsibility for this lies entirely with me.
  5. No promises of healing have been made, so no false hopes have been raised in me.
  6. It is my responsibility and decision to begin, continue, end or cancel the services offered. This also applies to any alternative methods or practices that may be proposed.
  7. I have been informed about how the session is likely to proceed and what my involvement may require.
  8. I have been informed in detail about how the expected fee is calculated and made up. No advance payments will be requested or made.
  9. I have been informed that the fee referred to in point 8 is not tax deductible for me in the sense of medical and health care expenses.


This data protection notice does not replace the data protection information declaration according to Art. 13 GDPR.

The processing of the personal data voluntarily provided by the client is necessary for the proper preparation of the intended service contract (provision of the offered services as the practice owner for the client). It is based on Art. 6 para. 1, lit. b DSGVO.

It is not a declaration of consent according to Art. 6 para. 1, lit. a DSGVO. No special personal data will be collected according to Art. 9 DSGVO.

Should the intended service contract not be concluded, the personal data collected will be deleted immediately as soon as they are no longer required for the aforementioned purposes or any legal storage periods have expired.

Note on spiritual healing

My work is a form of spiritual healing. Spiritual healing is not a therapeutic or medicinal method. It does not replace the diagnosis or treatment by a physician or alternative practitioner. However, it can complement any other therapy or be used independently. The aim is to promote and strengthen your well-being on a physical, mental and spiritual level in a holistic way, not to treat individual symptoms in isolation.

Sabina Witzel is a member of the German Association for Spiritual Healing and recognizes the ethical guidelines of the DGH e.V. (German only).

All events are not medical treatment and are no substitute for a medical diagnosis or treatment. They are only suitable for physically, mentally and psychologically healthy individuals. The organizers therefore reserve the right to exclude individuals from participation.
