As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of services. (BGB § 312g).
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the service has been provided in full and we have only begun to perform the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
